DorfArt Bad Ragaz

Under the theme "Experience and create art" Bad Ragaz will become an open studio for everyone interested. Various workshops led by artists provide insights into their creative processes while offering the opportunity to get creative yourself. Four art booths will be hosted by artists from the Art Garten Hotels.

• Charcoal drawing: Jürg Ruess teaches freehand drawing in his beginner workshop for charcoal sketches. You will learn the basics and put them directly into practice.
• Speed modeling: With her "speed modeling," artist Franziska John creates a custom clay portrait in just a few minutes that you can display at home.
• Drawing with a chainsaw: Artist Marcel Bernet demonstrates on-site how he "draws" sculptures with a chainsaw. He transforms raw wooden blocks into human figures that tell stories. Through them, he explores, as he puts it, the trials and tribulations of being human—always with a loving wink.
• Wish collection: The sculpture by PIALETO invites visitors to record their wishes.
