Within the expansive park grounds of Hünigen Castle, this work unfolds a unique magic. While the centuries-old trees exude permanence, Jürg Ruess's sculpture embodies the fleeting moment: PURE MOVEMENT.
High up in the branches, the figure seems to defy gravity. The flowing lines of the pose magically draw the viewer's gaze upwards. It is an aesthetic composition that uses the light filtering through the canopy to play on the metallic surface, thus creating an exciting contrast to the tree's organic bark.
