Art Workshop with PIALETO at Schatzalp

In summer, Schatzalp transforms into an open workshop: As part of the Art Garden Hotels initiative, the artist collective PIALETO will create a walk-in sculpture in the shape of a large cat in front of the Schatzalp Hotel from July 13 - 17, 2026.

For one day, you'll be right in the middle of the creation process. You'll work alongside PIALETO using roof battens on the artwork, experience how a sculpture grows step by step from an idea, and become part of this special art project in the Davos mountains.

The cat will be approximately 4 x 7 meters in size, and once completed, it's not just for admiration but also for use: as a weather-protected shelter during tours, a place to linger, or a unique sun lounger with a view. The artwork will remain on Schatzalp until at least the end of November 2026.
