Born in 1947, Susi Kramer lives and works in Oberhof and Cannes. Her artistic practice centers on color, light, and transparency. She works with acrylic glass, images, and three-dimensional objects. Dots, spirals, colored surfaces, and symbolic motifs recur in her works. Material and technique are part of an open experiment. She combines acrylic glass with organic or found elements. She finds inspiration in nature and everyday life. Her works appear light yet multifaceted.
